Each client is different, & so is each engagement. RBI can be engaged on a project (short-term) or a retained (long-term) basis. The specifics of each engagement are discovered through our engagement process.

What is RBI’s engagement process?

The RBI engagement process starts with a meet & greet to understand a clients problems, & for the client to understand RBI. Is there a fit?

Scoping A Solution

If there is a fit the next step is a RBI Scoping Session. This provides clients with a roadmap to understand & drive their financial performance. How does your business make profit & cash? How are they different? What are your goals? Why are you in business? Understanding these questions informs where & what to invest in your business to drive financial performance?

A Engagement Is Born

The Scoping Session provides the business case for an RBI engagement. Can RBI provide substantially more value to a client than we take? If so, let’s go! If not, a client may prefer to try things on their own. Either way there is no obligation.
